2024 Small Business Sponsorship Request

The Tennessee River Jamboree was created to bring another opportunity

of entertainment to tourists and local communities for the Land Between

the Lakes region.

 

The experience will include some of Nashville’s finest

big-name music stars, but also some local and Nashville fine independent

music artists that many have never heard. The visitors will have

the opportunity to chat with each artist, as the venue was created to be more intimate.

 

The owners, Rebecca & Jamey, who are also award-winning music artists

themselves just moved from Nashville in 2022 and are excited about what the

future holds for this venue.

 

A portion of each show will be donated to a local organization in need,

i.e., the police department, fire department, humane society, a local

veteran organization or a national veteran organization like the Fisher

house for wounded veterans where their families can come stay free of

charge until their family member can go home.

 

Please see the attached schedule of events for the Tennessee River Jamboree. All

levels of sponsorship will include a business card on the flyer day of the event,

radio advertising, newspaper advertising, and social media advertising.

You will receive two free tickets for the event you sponsor.

The following are the sponsorship level amounts and titles (please refer

to sponsor name when calling or mailing):

 

“One Hit Wonder” – ($250) one show

 

“Breakthrough Artist” – ($475) Exclusive for your type of

business for one show

 

“Top 100 Single” – ($2,600) all 11 shows

(can put a banner on display, you bring. Freestanding 3’ wide

by 5’ height max).

 

“Top 10 Single” – ($5,000) Exclusive for your type of business

for all 11 shows

(can put a banner on display, you bring. Freestanding 3’ wide

by 5’ height max).

 

“#1 Single Of All Time” – ($18,000) Exclusive sponsorship for

entire single event

(sole sponsor for a single event, can display banner or banners,

up to four free tickets for this event, display/sell an item, i.e.,

a vehicle or lawn mower, a private meet and greet with

artist).
